Everybody loves a bit of color in their lives. Colors that inspire and endure. Colors that lift spirits and bring happiness and joy to a world that is too often black and white.
It’s color that is at the heart of a magnificent 70ft mural at the new GracoRoberts facility in Wichita, designed to celebrate its 30-year partnership with AkzoNobel Aerospace Coatings.
The product of a creative collaboration with local artists Paintology, the mural is described as being more than just a work of art but rather ‘a testament to the strong connection, shared values, and enduring success of the two companies.’
Within the design are elements that pay homage to the companies' shared history. There are hues representing AkzoNobel's iconic brand, and that reflect both companies’ shared vision for a brighter future. And there’s an extensive splash of color said to speak to GracoRoberts’ Intermix paint services which enable it to color-match, blend, and tint up to 10,000 possible colors for customers using AkzoNobel’s high performance paints and coatings.
