We’re proud to see our partnership with Transavia, part of the KLM Group, take flight with the stunning new retro-style Airbus A321neo, celebrating the airline’s 60th anniversary. Working closely with Transavia’s branding and marketing team, we developed a custom green color that brings a classic 1960s look to life - applied using our advanced chrome-free basecoat/clearcoat system, 2121 CF Primer / Aerobase / Aviox Clearcoat.
This next-generation aircraft combines vintage style with modern performance - quieter, cleaner, and more fuel-efficient. A perfect match for our high-performance coatings technology. The aircraft has taken its first test flight with Airbus, which will be repeated with Transavia staff before the plane is officially handed over. It is scheduled to arrive at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport on Friday 25 July on a special ferry flight numbered HV1965, referencing Transavia’s founding year. Congratulations to Transavia on this milestone moment. We’re proud to have been part of the journey.
